主要研究领域及兴趣
在生物体内,细胞外囊泡(Extracellular Vesicles, EV)参与细胞与细胞之间的相互通讯。其中,外泌体是直径介于30-150 nm的一种EV,内包含蛋白质,mRNA及非编码RNA等活性成分。外泌体在肿瘤及免疫代谢疾病中参与重要的调节作用,并有望成为早期肿瘤诊断的标记物。肿瘤细胞分泌的外泌体可进入血液循环系统,从而对肿瘤微环境及远程器官具有一定的调节作用, 然而其对于肿瘤的发生及转移有无影响以及其中的调控机制尚未清楚。我们课题组主要从事肿瘤以及免疫细胞来源的外泌体对肿瘤在代谢及表观遗传层面的调控,将从细胞层面,小鼠模型及病人样本层面对肿瘤分泌的外泌体进行系统性的研究,结合单细胞测序以及质谱学探索外泌体活性成分对肿瘤微环境及各组织器官的调控机制,从而筛选出对肿瘤发生及转移重要的标记物。并进一步根据这些标记物设计出小分子抑制剂,从而服务于肿瘤的早期诊断并为治疗提供相应的科研基础。
