Abstract：

We study a class of fractional stochastic heat equations which connect with pinning models in correlated random environment. By proving the existence and uniqueness of the solution under some suitable condition, we partially conform the Weinrib-Halperin prediction for disorder relevance/irrelevance for the pinning model.
