The management committee is mainly responsible for the communication and exchange between the Central Center and its supporting and co organizing units, ensuring the smooth convening of academic activities. The management committee has one chairperson and one office chairperson, who are appointed by the responsible persons of the supporting units. The members are composed of the responsible persons of all co construction units, the dean, department heads, etc.
A new Secretariat has been established in the Central Center, with one Secretary General and 1-2 Secretaries from each co-establishing Institution.
